Lady Gaga Born This Way Isn't Selling 8 Million Copies
First of all...I'm kinda shock when I saw a statement by her manager that said Born This Way had sold 7.2 million copies and many sites including Wikipedia..stated that Born This Sold around 8 Million Copies..My God..That's one of the Biggest Lies EVER....
First of all..I'm not trying to discredit her..But having choose to lie in order to look good rather than being called FLOP...it is such immoral act..
Why I said so..everybody knows that Gaga likes attention..and she always wanna be no: 1..Unfortunately, the rise of Adele has clouded her popularity and even her album...Born This Way fails to dethrone Adele eventhough series of singles were released.
Now as people are excited about Adele album and as the album was named The Best Selling Album this year..Gaga team took a little approach by lying to the masses that her album sold 8 million copies..compared to Adele which sold 10 million copies...So people will say..arhhh that's close...The fact is Adele sold twice MORE than Gaga...
First of all, Born This Way only gone Platinum in US and Platinum in UK...Remember that UK and USA are the largest markets for music...So if Gaga sold let say 1.7 million copies in US and 0.5 million in UK..total ..it just around 2.2 million..and How on earth she sold another extra 6 million copies in other smaller markets..If its true..Means she sold more album than Adele in smaller markets..Which is Untrue..
In comparison, Adele 21 sold 4 million copies in USA and 3 million copies in UK..total..it's around 7 million copies and extra 3 million copies were sold in smaller markets..THIS IS RELEVANT and of course FACT...

See....IFPI stated that Gaga's Born This Way just sold around 4 million copies according to certification and actual sales is around 5 million copies..Don't try to discredit me...check the date OK...I'm not Lying like GAGA would...and the fact that her album constantly experiencing sales decline...so how could it sold that MUCH...

i do not think that the albums being bought by gaga or anyone in relation to her gaining from her sales
should be included in the numbers in my honest opinion its cheating like stacking the deck or something i hope you know what i mean lol
guess it is in keeping with her style though seeing as she is in one way or another copying or borrowing from someone else all the time
to me its cheating specially when you claim it as your own

ReplyDeletewhen you see her as Stephanie you see a beautiful talented young lady that may not have the full on attention and such she has now but i do believe a 100% more would enjoy her as just herself instead of the manufactured puppet she seems to have been made into
i have to say i do like some of her music still not like i used to
i think it is more the way the lil monsters act ad behave on behalf of the mommy monster that is turning me off her
