This make Rihanna as the Youngest Act with 19th TOP 10 hits...Rihanna only a mere steps before Replacing Mariah Carey that has 25 top 10 hits...As we all know, Rihanna already has 10th no: 1 hits under her belt...and  Billboard named her  as The Youngest Act to have 10th no: 1 hits...


Could 'Cheers' become Rihanna 11th number 1 hits, thus tie her with Whitney Houston....
