Rihanna 'We Found Love' Found a Spot at No: 2 While Katy Perry Close To Break History
The coronation of "Sexy and I Know It" by LMFAO dethrones Rihanna's "We Found Love," featuring Calvin Harris, after eight weeks at No. 1 - Rihanna's longest Hot 100 command.
"We Found Love," now at No. 2 on the Hot 100, spends a sixth week in charge of Radio Songs (148 million), while slipping 2-3 on Digital Songs (276,000, up 86%).
Katy Perry's "The One That Got Away" rises 5-3 on the Hot 100 and is just two notches from making parent album "Teenage Dream" the first set to generate six No. 1s in the survey's history. The track bounds 6-2 on Digital Songs (297,000, up 157%) and lifts 5-4 on Radio Songs (99 million, down 1%).
In its first week of availability, the B.o.B-assisted remix of "The One That Got Away" accounted for 26% (76,000) of the title's overall digital sales in the chart's tracking period.
TheDivaJuice: Wow, the ultra Cheap 0.69$ deal, really helps Katy Perry a lot. Maybe Beyonce should do it too.
