Single Review: Best Thing I Never Had by Beyonce

Best Thing I Never Had is the latest single by Diva Beyonce to promote her latest album 4. The first single from the album which titled Run The Worlds failed to chart inside the Top Ten position in the Billboard Hot 100. Which is quite rare for Beyonce who manage to do so in every first single she released from an album.





Nevertheless, forget about the Flop Run The Worlds. With this new single Beyonce seems to get back to the slow R&B ballad root, which she is best at. The single will remind listener to her Bday mega-hits titled Irreplaceable.


With thumping and mellow beat, B vocal flaunt gracefully with the melody which keep listener to focus on her voice that is sweet and flawless.Personally i love her vibrato. Nonetheless, the single make a good follow up single.Since I am not into her first single.


One thing for sure, Best Thing I Never Had sounds like it is the second part of Irreplaceable. Because the lyric itself or the message seems to be the same as Irreplaceable.


Currently the single peaked at no: 16 on Billboard Hot 100
